14-Day Returns
You may return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in line with your UK consumer cancellation rights.
How to Return
Email returns@misfit.co.uk with your order number. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 working days of us receiving the return.
